Celebrating 25 years!
G&A Nelson celebrated 25 years of business with an exhibition at the Art House Gallery in July.
We produced 16 x 1400mm x 1400mm canvas prints to showcase their acclaimed work. They requested a pure white background to complement the images and we used a polyester fabric with a separate blockout mask underneath which was then stretched over 45mm thick bespoke frames. All work was completed in-house by Images Unlimited staff, ensuring optimum quality control and timely delivery.
Some works were sold off for charity, enabling G&A Nelson to make a donation to the Full Colour Trust.

To Jonathan, Freddy and the team at Images Unlimited. Thanks so much for the fabulous boards produced for G&A Nelson's 25 Year Celebration. Your attention to detail, 'can do' attitude, and quality of the finished result made the project a real pleasure. Bernadette Cunneen, Account Executive, G&A Nelson

What do Kiwi cricketers do when they retire? Nathan Astle bought a race car!
|
|
Images Unlimited have sponsored Nathan Astle in the Modified Sprints Series at Ruapuna Speedway. We produced a template for the unusual car, designed some fiery lightning and applied the printed vinyl here in our studio.
We think it is the most noticeable and eye-catching car in the series, especially when circuiting the track at speeds of over 130kph.
Nathan and the car recently featured on Close Up on TV One. We wish him luck in the race and trust he doesn't prang the graphics!

Rumbling on...
We came out of the Canterbury earthquake relatively unscathed. Our equipment was back up and running after a calibration check early the week afterwards. We count ourselves lucky in comparison to other homes and businesses and we wish everyone well in their recovery efforts.
The only damage we suffered at home was a chimney which toppled onto our company van damaging a door and wheel and our vehicle wrap graphics. Fortunately it is all repaired now but we do have some new replacement vehicle wrapping to apply somewhere within our busy schedule! At least it is quicker than painting!
